Customer Service Representative is responsible for:
Protected content with internal departments as required (Logistics & Supply, Finance…)
Protected content the delivery of products
Protected content input to Sales as required
Protected content customer complaints
Protected content technical service requests
Protected content best practices and ensuring continuous order to cash process improvement
Protected content compliance with the QMS

The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the above mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Protected content oral communication
Protected content shooting and problem solving skill
Protected content oriented
Protected content management abilities
Protected content skills
Protected content to manage telephone activity in a positive and friendly manner
Protected content literate with usual programs (Word, Excel, etc)
Protected content , Excellent knowledge of local language, and working knowledge of English, other European language an asset
