Help finding work (Lausanne)

Hey everyone I'm planning a move to Lausanne next month just wondering if anyone knows anywhere that hires English speakers ? Unfortunatly I don't speak French . I have bar experience although If I can't speak French hospitality roles will be hard to come by. Anyone have any ideas/tips ? I don't mind what job I'd do . I thought maybe a production line job may be possible . Anyways hope to hear from some of you ,
