opening an account, which bank? (Lausanne)

Good afternoon all!
I will relocate soon to Switzerland. Obviously I will have to open a local account and I would like to know which bank is the best!
First I will just use it as a salary account and I would like to avoid (if possible) monthly fees and/or transfer fees when I will change chf into eur.
