Parking Fines (Lausanne)

Hey Everyone,

My name is Justin. My wife and I just moved to Lausanne from Nashville, TN. It is such a beautiful place!

I am working with a start-up company that deals in parking fines. I am hoping to expand this company into Europe. It seems like parking fines are handed out quite often here. Question: Since I don't officially have a ticket, I was wondering how these fines are paid? Is it handled by a third party or does the police issue and collect the money? Any help is appreciated!
