screening 'Being and Becoming Chua Ek Kay (Leeds)

for those of you who didn't get a chance to see a documentary film produced by Jin Craven, 'Being and Becoming Chua Ek Kay', there is another screening at Rudding Park Hotel, Harrogate on Thursday 12 June, starting 8.00pm if you're attending only the screening, and 7.00pm if you include a 2-course dinner in your package prior to the screening. The film is approx 50 minutes long, so we should be wrapping up by 9.00pm - although, of course, you're very welcome to stay back a bit longer afterwards to chat!

The film is the first feature-length documentary on a contemporary Singaporean artist, and sheds light on an unknown part of Singapore society through the life and work of an artist who dared to be different.

If you can, why not make a special evening of it and combine your dinner-and-film package with an overnight stay, as well?

The intimate luxury cinema at Rudding Park restricts its seating capacity, keeping the experience special, so do call early and book your place now.
