New English-German youth theatre in Leipzig

Hey guys 'n' gals,

my company - Ubiquity Theatre, is starting a new youth theatre and the intro session is on 1st March in our central work space. If you have, or know any interested youngsters aged Protected content , with basic school level through to native level skills in either or both languages then get in touch.

Participants will work with native speakers of both languages, who are also qualified theatre practitioners, to learn acting skills, put on plays in Leipzig's respected theatres such as naTo, Neues Schauspiel and the Dachtheater in Haus Steinstraße. As the group develops it will also be possible for members to get involved behind the scenes, for example in the lighting and sound, marketing, and set building tasks.

Courses will run term time in 4 month blocks, and it will cost €50 per month. If you have financial challenges, it is also be possible to use the 'Bildungs Gutschein' system from Stadt Leipzig for support.

We also run theatre courses for adults in both languages, and also a bilingual theatre playgroup for Protected content olds. It's all on the website - Protected content
