Room and Job (Leuven)

Hello!
I will come in September to Leuven and I am going to study Religion.
I am looking for a room nearby the KU Leuven for the period from 12.09. Protected content 12.02. Protected content max. 300,- Euro/month all-in.
I also would like to find a job in Leuven: front office, back office, secretary, marketing, sales, tourism, hotel, restaurants, translating (german, russian), medical devices, alternative medicine.
And of course I hope to find new friends!
Maybe someone could help me?
