Relocation Help (Lille)

Guys, Help! Looking at relocating from Barcelona to Lille, job takes me to Paris Office & UK Office in Kent hence Lille idea.Rentals look expensive even compared to Barcelona € Protected content 3 bedroom apartment 150m2 approx- does that seem right? (no kids schooling required), open location, where is the best place to be located/ leafy suburb house and garden rather or if its an apartment city centre which area? , Holy grail would be a decent real estate broker, if such a thing exists! We both speak fluent French having live in Paris for many years so know the ropes but would appreciate any help/local knowledge. Paying move from my own pocket so need some local rules! Thanks Mark
