Social Running Club-Lilongwe Hash TONIGHT

Join us tonight, Monday 14 January from 5.15pm for the Lilongwe Hash run (social running). The run will start from Area 3/ Protected content Kristien (the vet)'s house. (Walkers & runners welcome)
Directions from Crossroads complex: take Selous road (first left after Mchinji roundabout), leaving complex on your left. Take first road right (opposite CIVO stadium). Take first road left. When you reach the four-way crossing, turn left; our house the 4th plot on your right from there. CARE VET CLINIC signpost.

Directions from old town: Coming off Paul Kagame road, turn right on the M1, uphill. At first traffic lights, turn right. Take first right again, steep uphill (Laws Avenue). Drive to roundabout at the top, take a sharp turn right (3/4 round the circle). Then take first left by the big watertanks. Take second road right, house is third on the left.
