TANDEM SKYDIVING IN LILONGWE!!! 28.+29.12.2011 !!! (Lilongwe)

Dear Skydivers and Future Skydivers!

I have been asked to put out the word to see whether there is any interest to do some tandem jumps during the Christmas period.
The Tandem Instructors would come from Zimbabwe, given that we have 8 tandem jumps lined up, the organization of the event would be done by the Malawi Parachute Association.

The proposed date for the jumps is 28 and 29 December Protected content .
The tandem jumps will be conducted out of Lilongwe and will cost $310 per jump. By hosting the event in Lilongwe, we hope to keep the fuel problems at bay for the jumpers.

If we can secure some show jumps ($800 per show jump for 4 jumpers into any function/event around town) or corporate sponsorship (flights, fuel, ...), then we can subsidize the tandem jumps. The tandem instructors are highly trained professional skydivers from Zim with lots of skydiving experience and need to be flown in for this event. The big overhead costs are flying them to Malawi. Does anybody have contact to any potential sponsors?
