Administration Officer Job (Lima)

Express Connect S.A.C is a Social Enterprise owned by Canadians living in Lima, Peru.
As a Social Enterprise, we generate our own funding through different services we provide like: Taxi and Tours, PNL Coaching, Accommodations, English and Spanish Tutoring and Services for Foreigners.
With most of the funds we receive, we provide free services for low income families, and individuals who qualify such as: “Raise Awareness Campaign for Schools and Orphanages”, one on one life skills coaching, free counselling, free English workshops, Social Tourism, free tutoring, etc.

Administration Officer
The Administration Officer is responsible for maintaining day to day financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services.

SCOPE:The Administration Officer reports to the Executive Director and the Operations Manager and is responsible for assisting with preparation of financial statements, maintaining cash controls supervising the payroll and personnel administration, purchasing, maintaining accounts payable and managing office operations and other duties related to the position.

Job Responsibilities:
1.- Administer and monitor the day to day operations of our social enterprise
2.- Administer employment and volunteer agreements, hours, responsibilities, etc
3.- Verify and report on benefits payments
4.- Supervise the services we provide to companies and organizations
5.- Manage the filing, storage and security of documents
6.- Supervise customer services and respond to customer inquiries
7.- Assist with preparation of documentation, e-mails, letters, Bylaws, etc
8.- Assist with preparation of advertisement, management of our social media.
9.- Implement financial policies and procedures
10.- Perform other related duties as required.


Supervisory skills, team building, accounting and bookkeeping skills, analytical and problem solving skills, decision making skills, effective verbal and listening communications skills, effective written communications skills (native or near native Spanish-advanced English), computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word-processing programs at a highly proficient level, stress management skills, time management skills.
Personal Attributes: The incumbent must maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of the Administration Officer. The incumbent must also demonstrate the following personal attributes: Be honest and trustworthy, be respectful, possess cultural awareness and sensitivity, be flexible, and demonstrate sound work ethics
Other: Team player and able to work under minimum supervision, minimum two years of experience as an administrator for a company in Perú, graduated from administration, business or any other similar career, provide three professional references, sign a Conflict of Interest and Confidentiality Agreement and a valid police check.
