Biking San Isidro, Miraflores, along the beach... (Lima)

Hi all,
Is anybody going out regularly for a Protected content bike ride in the above areas. For instance, early in the morning during the week or perhaps even further for a day-trip during the weekend where possible?
If so, I´d be happy to join!. Just arrived in Lima 2 months ago and am still looking forward to taking my bike out of the cellar.
