Free Training by International Coach (Lima)

This Friday, July 24, we will offer our second free coaching session. This training is free of charge and limited to people who want to volunteer with Express Connect. To become a voluntary coach for students, every volunteer is required to attend at least 5 out of 6 coaching sessions. Upon termination of the training sessions, the volunteers will pass an interview, a shadow training and a presentation in order to determine whether they are ready to accompany us to schools.
This will be the second session, so you may still join!

Our coach is an international expert in conflict management and conflict prevention. He has completed several studies and has a profound international experience. Over the last 9 years, he has worked for many large Peruvian telecommunication and construction companies as an advisor in negotiation and conflict management. Furthermore, he works as a professor for negotiation and conflict management at Lima’s Universidad del Pacífico and Centrum, the Business School of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
