Going to Mancora 1st week of March (Lima)

Hey all,
I have a friend visiting me and it is possible that I will not be i Lima for aweek from January 28th to March 6. My friend doesn't speak spanish and I am looking for tips of organized groups or activities she could do during that week...
I'm also thinking for her to go to Mancora, any advise?
