LA EÑE Y LA SALMONELLA (Lima)

COMO MIEMBRO ACTIVO DE INTERNATIONS ESTOY CONTEMPLANDO UNA FUERTE ACTIVIDAD EN LA EÑE, RESTUARANTE ESPAÑOL EMBLEMÁTICO PERO DEL QUE OS QUIERO PONER EN ANTECEDENTES POR LO QUE ME HA PASADO A MI.

CUIDADO CON VUESTRA SALUD.

La Eñe ha sido mi referencia desde que llegué a Lima, su antiguo propietario Juan Llopis es un gran amigo, pero en noviembre Protected content , ya con la nueva gerencia, algunos amigos fuimos a tomar una tortilla de patatas y nos dieron huevos en mal estado, lo que nos originó una salmonelosis tremenda, que nos tuvo enfermos más de dos semanas.
Ni la Clínica Anglo Americana hizo nada al atenderme, ni en la Eñe, cuando fui a hablar con el nuevo gerente, me hicieron caso, el restaurante no tomó ninguna medida, no se disculparon y la municipalidad no supo nada y no ocurrió nada.
Un abogado del restaurante y gran amigo me dijo que no me preocupara de nada, ha pasado más de un año y ni una sola disculpa.

NO VOLVERÉ NUNCA MÁS

a ese restaurante español, aunque fuese un buen lugar para quedar con amigos y la comida fuese rica.

Os informo para que lo sepais, primero que no toman las debidas medidas higiénicas puesto que la salmonella existió en el huevo y/o en la cocina, y dos porque no tienen la más mínima atención en un caso tan grave al cliente.

Por otra parte, no hay en todo Lima otro lugar para organizar cenas que La Eñe, parece que hay un interés inusitado en la cocina de mi España, me alegro mucho.
