Looking to do volunteer work (Lima)

I've been looking to do volunteer work but I feel like all the volunteer work is run by religious organizations. I'm looking for a non religious group that does volunteer work. I would accept a religious group if they didn't demand I live a certain lifestyle and didn't mind that I don't believe. Any information would be very helpful. Thanks in advance.
