Looking to meet new people in Lima

This is my second time in Lima and I've been here for almost three weeks already. I came here to be with my signfificant other. Unfortunately, while my partner is at work, I spend my days alone and am too afraid to explore on my own. My spanish isn't too good so it's hard for me to get around. I would love to meet new people on this site who are in Lima so we can get together and do things.
