Need Sports Medicine or Orthopedic Doctor (Lima)

I am looking for a sports medicine or knee (orthopedic) doctor. I had a knee operation 6 years ago for meniscus tears. I have been going to the US to get Synvisc One injections (not available in Peru) every 6 months. Now I have a serious pain problem and need relief quickly. I will go to US for major problems as I have Medicare and supplemental insurance. Thanks for any referrals.
