Water in Lima is extremely contaminated: chlorine, bacteria, hazardous metals, chemicals, dirt; and distributed through very old pipes. Just some data: Lima water has Protected content when the recommended is under 20ppm (particles per million.) Only some bottled waters provide 20ppm.
