Switching Intl. driving licenses for Peruvian (Lima)

Dear all,

We are currently trying to obtain our Peruvian driving license and understand that there is a process where we can use our current licenses (British and Mexican with licenses with International driving license sections) and government documents that certify which type of license we have.

We would be very grateful if anybody could help us to understand how we can obtain the correct paperwork from UK and MX authorities or which process we need to follow so that we can use these licenses to obtain the Peruvian license and avoid having to take all the tests?
