We are looking for a 2-week substitute Administrative Assistant, from April 20th – May 4th.
To take care of the following tasks: - Assist the General Manager in all administrative functions - Help other employees in anything they need such as: business trips, taxi reservations etc. - Make and receive all phone calls - Assist in the welcoming and hosting of clients during meetings etc. - Purchase or order anything the office needs. - Other day-to-day tasks that to be assigned.
Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 6:00 PM Salary: to be discussed Location: Av. Benavides 768, Ofc.706, Centro Empresarial Reducto – Miraflores
