Moving to Cyprus from the Middle East (Limassol)

Hi we are planning to re locate to Cyprus, we are returning again in a few weeks as we have appointments with several schools in Paphos. Where is the best place to live in Paphos? We are looking for a 3 bed villa or apartment that's animal friendly also not far from the schools. We will be looking at Aspire, TLC and Paphos international school. Does anyone recommend places near the schools so we can briefly look at properties when we are over?
Also does anyone recommend a mortgage broker over there?
