Coming to Town (Lisbon)

We intend to relocate to Lisbon later on in the summer or autumn. We would like to have a 2 bedroom flat with a fairly large living room with open space kitchen. I thought of Proincipe Real but the truth is that we don't really know the town so we are open to other locations (the finance is also a factor).
