Vertente Humana is recruiting for its client, multinational company: native german speakers for customer service.
Job location: Lisbon, Portugal
You will be answering incoming calls from customers and give support in research, planning and reservation of business or pleasure travels. - Help booking flights, support in transfers, hotel reservations and other services related to their journey and follow the hole process. - Calculate costs and/or refunds to travelers and make the proper adjustments.
Availability: from 07am to 10pm (rotating 8h/day shifts) Training: starting 30/09/2013, from 9am to 6pm
Profile: - Native german oral and written level (eliminatory) - Fond of travelling - Minimum level of education: high school - Experience in contact center (preferably) - Experience in the tourism field (preferably)
