Emergency financial help (Lisbon)

Hello , just found this forum and hope it could help, my family and I moved to Portugal (Cerejal, Vila velha de rodao) in sept Protected content , we bought a little house and used most of what's left of savings to do renovations and buy bits for the house, I was planning to go back to England in May Protected content work , but due to covid travel restrictions and British quarantine rules this is now put on hold, getting a job in the area I live depends on your capacity to be able to speak Portuguese and as I am still struggling with the very basics it's daunting, I have tried to get information from the British Embassy for financial aid, but keep getting the same email back linking me to a form for emergency financial aid , which would be great but doesn't help as I now reside in Portugal, any information on where or who or any organizations I can contact would be greatly received ,
