Expat Assistance (Lisbon)

Hello,
I'm thinking of starting a business by assisting the expat community with the bureaucratic Portuguese paper work, offering a range of services, varying from applying for residency, school enrollment, down to the basics of applying for utility connection, etc.
I would like your feedback as to what your thoughts are regarding this service.
As expats living in Portugal , would this be of a benefit to most of you? If this was available would you consider using it?
