First Time to Portugal! (Lisbon)

Greetings from Oman!

I would be flying to Portugal shortly to attend a Conference. The conference would be held in Evora.

As this is my first time in the country, I'd highly appreciate some assistance with a couple of queries.

1. What would be the best mode of transportation from Lisbon Airport to Evora? Are there bus services available from the Lisbon Airport to Evora and back?

2. After the conference, I have 3 days which i intend to explore Lisbon and Fatima. I'd appreciate suggestions to must see attractions/sites in Lisbon and Fatima.

I'd like to try the Portuguese Cuisine, so names of popular dishes/restaurants are always welcome. I'd also appreciate suggestions for tourist spots other than Lisbon and Fatima which I might be able to cover in the limited time.
