We are now recruiting for a multinational company the following profile

Protected content Accounting Clerk (m/f) Italian

Fleet Accounting Clerk team and be responsible for the cost effective operation and high performance of Fleet Accounting Clerk specific processes within the Shared Service Center (SSC) in line with Service Level Agreements and SSC key objectives.
The employee would be involved in the creation and expansion of the SSC and would support integration of migrated activities into the SSC.

Job Description:
Fleet purshase and Sales:
Manage fleet purchases and related accounting entries, accourding the financing scheme;
Manage fleet sales and related accounting entries, according to the sale and financing scheme;
Fixed assets (fleet/vehicles):
Create and manage fixed assets register (review and modify depreciation, assing, transfer, dispose);
Perform fixed assets inventory and adjust fixed assets register;
Month-end period close:
Respect and uphold month-end closing schedule;
Prepare and record journal vouchers and month-end operations;
Prepare and record accruals and provisions related to fleet assets;
Produce monthly actual witch managers trust;
In addition to above mentioned tasks, the jobholder may participate in:
Assisting the team leader in maintaining open communication channels with customers developing high standards for service delivery and quality;
Working closely with other team members to implement and standardize processes to ensure maximum efficiencies;
Providing input to continuous process improvement.

Minimum of High School diploma;
Candidate should be well-versed with the flow of journal entries, especially regarding financing scheme (finance lease at risk, operating lease...);
Good working knowledge of Oracle Financial and Business Object;
Good written and verbal communication skills;
Excellent customer service skills;
Language skills: English and Italian (mandatory)
Excellent attention to detail;
Professional manner and highly organised;
Proactive & adaptable;
Proven ability to meet deadlines;
Able to process sensitive information;
Team player;
Enthusiastic, positive attitude to support a constructive working environment.
