Hello everyone!

My name is Diana Farcas and I am junior investigator at Lisbon University Institute (ISCTE-IUL), working on my master degree in Social and Organizational Psychology. My supervisor is Marta Gonçalves, a Ph. D. investigator at ISCTE-IUL and Harvard Medical School.

Up until now, both of us have had the opportunity to be in touch with the area of expatriation and we decided that it would be useful to carry out a study about it. By knowing more about expatriation. the general knowledge can be improved and important changes can be identified, in order to make the international experience a blast.
