Info analyst, media specialist looking for job (Lisbon)

I have recently moved to Lisbon and honoured to join Lisbon InterNations community. While I am eagerly looking forward to our social (live) meeting, I dare to use this forum to check job-market for my qualifications.
My career goals focus on continuous learning and mobility. Over the total of eleven Protected content of professional experience as information analyst and researcher, development/ humanitarian and electoral programs officer, TV reporter and producer, public information officer and outreach/ training specialist, programme manager and project coordinator, I have developed good interviewing and otherwise information collection, filtering and analytical skills to provide detailed assessment and profiling of situation within broader context; communication and negotiation skills to advocate ideas and conduct presentations (oral, visual or written), liaison and networking with high ranking authorities, including military; experience in developing, monitoring and executing programs throughout their life circle; supervise, train and mentor staff, taking into consideration cultural differences; prioritise and act under most confusing and stressful situations. I have worked with United Nations in Liberia and Timor-Leste (elections, public information and communications (video), World Food Program), for EU in Mozambique (elections observation), with USA and EU think tanks (research and policy paper drafting on security related issues); I have more than 5 years of TV reporting and video producing experience.
I have MA in international affairs with concentration on security policy and media and communications from Columbia University (NYC, USA) and BA in political science from Vilnius University (Lithuania). I am fluent in Russian, English and Lithuanian, good and improving knowledge of Portuguese and basics of French, German, Polish, Tetum.
