Keep my health insurance? (Lisbon)

Hi everybody

I will move from Zurich to Lisbon this march and try to find out which is the best solution for me regarding my insurances. Especially the health insurence. If I should keep alll my insurances from Zurich (means I pay a lot of money) or quit them and make new contracts in Lisbon.

When you are living in Switzerland you are obliged to have the basic insurance, which cost you a lot but gives you also great medical treatment. How is this in Portugal? ( I won't work at the beginning, maybe start later my own business)

How are you experiences with doctors and hospitals in Lisbon?
