looking for cheap internet provider (Lisbon)

Hello, on early July Protected content are moving to a rented flat in Lisboa. To get internet access we are hesitant regarding choice among Internet local providers. Is any of you willing to recommand an attractive "quadruple play formula" including internet+phone+mobile+tv? MEO M40 is charging 79,9 Eur monthly which seems to us to be a bit on the high side, but may be we are wrong. On top of that we were told network quality for cellular phone is varying when using in the country side out of big cities. Your advice or experience will be welcome since our decision is to be taken soon. Thks in advance. Michel
