Meeting other like minded and English speaking... (Lisbon)

Hi, My name is Alan and my wife is Alexandra (Alex). We have a home in Torres Vedras about 30 minutes North of Lisbon and would be pleased to meet others who are either British or English speaking - we try hard to speak Portuguese and as many of you will know... its not easy!

Perhaps the most important requirement is that you have a sense of humour!!! Laughter is such an important thing don't you think?

To make you smile, we live within a golf complex... but don't play golf! Although we cycle, try and keep fit, drink (too much) wine, love going for supper, coffee (fact too much coffee also) picnics on the beach and spending long lazy evenings laughing with good friends.

We are young at heart. semi retired and 50/60 years old with some wonderful friends (but they all focus their leisure time on golf!)
