Pre-Sales Inbound/Outbound Agent (m/f)
Your main tasks
_ Identify and generate lead opportunities from inbound and outbound end user calls in order to arrange appointments;
_ Provide Marketing Partner Helpdesk Support;
_ Make outbound calls to end users or partners;
_ You will provide support to customers via Telephone, Email, Chat and Social Media;
_ Solve partner problems and make customers aware of the company’s products/website and educate the partner to become more self-sufficient;
_ Ownership until resolution of the customer’s problem;
_ Up to date knowledge of the company’s marketing tools and campaigns.
Our profile of preference
_Fluency in German and English in addition;
_Customer focus – 6 months experience in Sales;
_Excellent communication skills;
_Good planning and organizing skills;
_Good troubleshooting skills;
