Sales Administrative Specialists Working Team Lead (m/f) – Krakow, Poland
Your main tasks
_Escalation point of contact for cases where an additional attention or priority is required;
_Manage and control the flow of the team on the day-to-day, assess the quality of the service provided by agents/team members, and be a mentor for any new hire on team and organization processes;
_Running reports on a weekly basis on the teams activities. Those reports would be used for any internal or external communications done to the cross-functional teams by the Management team;
_TL would be the bridge between management team and the agents;
_Driving the onboarding and training of new team members would be driven by the TL, in conjunction with management team, from adjusting/revising the existing training plans, shadowing and mentoring plans, accesses, etc.;
_Take over the sales support for sales representatives;
_Be responsible for registration, import and upload of valid bill of material and configuration;
_Build, maintain and expand cross-functional relationships, and adapt to changing customer needs;
_Develop a deep knowledge of processes, resources and tools in role;
_Solve problems involving cross-functional partnerships;
_Identify and drive process improvements.
Our profile of preference
_Fluent in English
_Fluent in German and/or French is an added value
_Colleague (university) degree
_2 to 3 years of business experience in sales administration, business support and/or channel experience, pref-erably in the IT industry and the indirect sales business model
_Good communication and interpersonal, problem solving as well as decision making skills
_Reliable, responsible, self-driven, result orientated personality
_Ability to deliver results in cross cultural and virtual organizations and to work with remote management model
_Understanding of “business support” function in a proactive way
_Good Excel skills (mandatory)
_Ability to learn new software and tools rapidly
