Squash/Running?cycling..or..Kite surfing (Lisbon)

Hey all, I've been in Lisbon for about a year and am looking for people to play squash with. I work near Colombo but live near Rato so either place would be good.
I'm also doing some running, mainly around Rato to Monsanto so other runners would be welcome to join.
Finally... I also like kite surfing, which is feels much more relaxed with someone also in the water keeping an eye on each other. I have transport and am happy to drive to Guincho or Costa da Caparica on weekends.
If you can help with any of these, or like adventurous stuff outside, give me a shout.
