Stand Up Paddle début....yeah!!! 25th of JUNE

Come on board and join us for a Stand Up Paddle (SUP) session around the bay of Cascais. Located right in the centre of Cascais, at Praia da Duquesa. With the sheltered bay right in front of us, we have the perfect set up for a first time paddle experience. Paddling is easy to learn , fun and a great exercise for the whole body. We ll have ASI certified Instructors and have many years of experience in teaching so that you will be paddling along happily in no time. Before we go to the water we will have a little introduction on the beach where they will explain us the proper paddle technique and some basic board handling techniques.

The beauty about paddling is that everyone can go at his/her own pace. You might enjoy an easy “stroll” around the bay or , if you feel like you need more of a workout they can teach us some advanced manoeuvres as well.

They also have a fantastic new toy this season; their “Starboard Starship”, a mega Board for up to 8 people!

Why not try something new ? Come on board and join us for a SUP Experience!!! Sign IN your friends too! They will be most welcome. But...hurry up! We do have limited numbers of boards.
