Visiting Lisbon in July

Dear Expats is Lisbon,

I am visiting Lisbon from Sunday 24th of July until Tuesday afternoon the 26th. I do not know anybody in Lisbon, so I am open to any piece of advice. What are sights that I must see during this short period? Anybody available for a drink (I speak English, Persian, French, Dutch, Spanish, German and Turkish)? Are there nice events I can attend? Good restaurants to go to in the centre? Any Persian restaurant in town? Somewhere cosy to dance Salsa? Etc.

After Lisbon, I am going to a conference on Arts & Mathematics in Coimbra and after that to Porto for a touristic visit. As Internations does not have communities in there, tips about these two cities are also appreciated.
