Where can I get a MIFI - pocket wireless router (Lisbon)

Hello Lisbon!

Where can I get a pocket wireless router for my computer? I can use the hotspot on my phone but it isn't strong enough for me to have a video conference on my computer.

Can you recommend a reasonable way or better way to be able to have a wifi on my computer? I will be traveling and the places I will be staying doesnt have wifi. Thanks!
