Wild&Organic Food Adventures!!! (Lisbon)

In this new Protected content would like to start a challenging food journey and to open an unique project with Alexander Lange, being carried on in a gastronomic studio where creative and inspired people come together in the world of food.

Alexander started his career in professional kitchens, having spent six years in Michelin stared restaurants, namely Hugo's* at Intercontinental Berlin, and the wine bar at Rutz's**, also in Berlin, where he acquired the principles, technique, discipline and the creativity of high gastronomy. New experiences followed in the Berlin’s Hyatt restaurant Vox under the direction of Chef Felix Petrucco and in Berlin’s Dos Palillos under the guidance of Chef Bernhard Munding, where he deepened his love for Asian cuisine.

Then his culinary travels crossed borders, passing through countries like Nepal, China, Thailand, Indonesia and Sri Lanka, but also by the closest Switzerland and France. It is this desire to get to know the world that brought Chef Alexander to Portugal in Protected content , but not before an experience at Kopps, a popular vegan restaurant, and at Das Loft* in Vienna under the expertise of Chef Fabian Günzel.

In Portugal, he lives in the countryside nearby the Atlantic, where he pursues his other passions: surfing, collaborating with small local producers, and paying daily visits to the local sea-market.

Organic farming has just been taken off in Portugal!

If You decide to join a small group of friends (max 22 people) who share their passion to cook together then You are kindly ask to prepay an entrance fee of 35 euro. Details for payment will be sent to these ones who let me know they want to apply.
As soon as a group consists of minimum number of 15 active members, I will post a details for our first food adventure.
