Moving to Slovenia for living (Ljubljana)

Hi all
I am a textile engineer and planning to move to Slovenia to make my own work,other than textile.
I have been in Slovenia twice as a tourist and loved too much.
My English is good.And know little Italian and German.
I am looking for a place with not too cold and long winter and a warm weather in summer(As I am living in a climate over 34 C and humidith over % 60)
I would like to learn living,health and work conditions in Slovenia and advices about a suitable location with defined weather above.
Note:I have been to Ljubljana,Bled,Bohinj,Postojna and mostly the countryside with motorhome and prefer a small place close to a big city.
