New "Cinema Lovers" Club in Ljubljana

Dear InterNations Ljubljana Members,

There is nothing like a good movie, right? Except for maybe a good movie and a drink with like-minded expats afterwards… That is why we'd like to invite you to join the new and still totally informal “Cinema Lovers” club. What is it about? The idea is to have a circle of expats (locals are more than welcome, too!) who get together in Ljubljana, watch a movie and go for a drink afterwards. Simple as that, and no strings attached. Here is the deal: we would suggest films, possible dates (maybe one or two per month) and venues for a get-together afterwards and you – just come along. You just pay for your cinema ticket and your drink, that's all, you don't have to be a member of anything. The focus would be on films in the English language (or with English subtitles) showing at cinemas in Ljubljana´s centre. Your suggestions for films to watch are welcome, too!

Well, let's not wait any longer! The first meeting will be the screening of "Green Book" next Wednesday, 20th of February, 8.15 pm in Kino Komuna.
We suggest meeting 15 min. before the start of the movie at the gate. The cinema is close to Pošta, behind Nama, in a covered passage.
