My flatmate is moving out and I'm looking for a new flatmate to share a lovely flat in Bermondsey!

It's a large double bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment fully furnished and newly decorated.

Shared kitchen (washing machine/dryer) plenty of storage space, living room with balcony, bathroom and toilet. Wooden floor, newly decorated, very clean and tidy. A cleaner is visiting every two weeks.

The room has a king size bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, dble glazing.

The rent is £720/per month and includes all bills i.e. electricity, gas, water, council tax, internet, TV license, cleaner. 1 month deposit and 1 month advance rent required.

The flat is located in a quiet area and close to Bermondsey tube station (8min walk). Very good transport links to the City (buses 188,381,47, C10). Also close to Shad Thames, Bermondsey street and Borough market for restaurants and bars. Gym and Tesco nearby.

Ideally ,I'm looking to share with a young professional (male/female) who is: clean, tidy, considerate ,sociable and funny! No couples- sorry.

I'm a 29 year old trainee solicitor - currently working in south west London. I enjoy traveling (Asia being my favorite destination!), love food and socialising!
