Business Development Consultant - Kensington (London)
Note: This is an opportunity for someone fluent in English AND German or any of the Scandinavian languages!! Also, this person should have an extensive network in Germany/Austria/Switzerland and/or Scandinavia.
Goodwille is a forward-thinking company dedicated to providing foreign businesses with services that support every step of their UK operations. These include Corporate Legal, Financial Administration and Company Secretarial services as well as outsourced HR, Payroll and Virtual office.
We are currently looking for a multilingual specialist in building relationships and networks to take the lead in developing the scope of our business, and help drive continuing growth.
Calling for exceptional networking skills, and a detailed understanding of the issues facing businesses working across cultures, this role will see you take control of the full sales cycle – from identifying and approaching new prospects to developing successful relationships with existing clients. Analysing and reporting on clients’ administration activities, advising them on best practice procedures, creating new revenue streams and generally building the Goodwille network will all fall under your remit, as will working with management to continue developing our portfolio of services.
As a key member of the team, we would expect you to join us with significant relevant experience, having had success building relationships from scratch in outsourcing, consultancy or professional services – ideally within the legal and/or financial sectors. You must be a self-starter, equally comfortable working autonomously or as part of team, and well-versed in using your outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to establish credibility at all levels.
The international nature of our business means that you must also be prepared to travel throughout Europe on a regular basis. Naturally, the more languages you speak the better, but fluency in at least one European language – in addition to English – is essential. If you already have knowledge of, or relationships with, foreign business networks in the UK, then all the better.
