Career coaching - how to find a good provider? (London)

Hi All,

I am considering career coaching, or relevant courses, wondering how to find a company that delivers actual value. I would be sad to pay for a random chit chat or for advice that would only be relevant if I were totally clueless. I have been looking around, and I find that it is difficult to get detailed information about what is actually offered.

Do any of you have any advice as to how I find a good provider? Where do I find reviews or other information? What questions should I ask?
