Colombia talk and exhibition (London)

Just to let you know about a free literary event and photography exhibition this Thursday 7 July near Waterloo called Life in the Land of Magic Realism.

The editors of ‘Was Gabo an Irishman? Tales from Gabriel García Márquez`s Colombia’ will be there to talk about the personal stories collected in the book from 26 writers, spanning three continents, about their lives in García Márquez’s homeland.

Photographer Piers Calvert will also be exhibiting his work from his travels through Colombia, with a special viewing on the night.
