Discovering the city and its people (London)

Hello,
I moved to London a couple of months back and I am in awe of this city! It's such a treat to discover it day by day. I've sort of finished all of the "sights" now tough and would like to see the less known face of the place. I was just wondering if anyone out there had any good tips/information about things that are out of the beaten path, not so touristy... Would love to share, discuss about this amazing city and its hidden jewels.
