Easiest bank to open an account with debit card (London)

Hello London people!
I have a favour to ask. I will be arriving to London in January to start a new chapter. Among other things, I need to open a bank account (with debit card) as soon as possible. I will not have a stable address in the first month yet as I will be looking for a job and only then a stable address.
Which bank/branch shall I use to apply if I only can show an EU passport?
