Research is a London-based publisher of print and online media for the international research community and a developer of technology to deliver that content and data.
Research has a vacancy for an entry-level Editorial Researcher to join its Funding team compiling funding opportunities for the research industry. Responsibilities will include online research, data verification and standardisation, and information summarising for inclusion in online and print publications.
Applicants must be educated to degree level (preferably in the natural or physical sciences), must have excellent written and spoken English skills and must have a sharp eye for detail. In addition to proficiency in English, fluency in Swedish is required. Additional European language skills, while not required for the post, would also be advantageous. Some database and/or cataloguing experience would also be an asset.
We also require applicants to have some familiarity with the higher education system and/or science and research policy in at least one European or African country, the US, Canada, Australia or New Zealand.
The position is permanent and full-time, with an expected start date of 2 December Protected content . The starting salary for the position is £19,000pa.
