Employment visa (London)

hi all

I have a small Q.

I work for an investment bank and recently shifted to UK from India.

My visa for employment is sponsored by the bank.

I live in a small town because that's where the company's office is...but I want to shift to London for better work-wise opportunities.

Is it going to be very difficult to get employment/visa sponsorship from another company?

I have around Protected content of work experience.

Do let me know if someone can shed a bit of light in this matter
